Frequently Asked Questions
What optional programs do we offer in the Dominican Republic?
We offer numerous half-day and full-day optional programs, which you can find described in the “Programs” section. In addition, we are happy to fulfill individual requests and can organize private trips and tours. We will take you to any point in the Dominican Republic that you would like to see, including places that average tourists do not visit.
How much do the optional programs cost?
The prices of the optional programs are listed in the “Programs” section alongside each program description.
How can I pay for the program prices?
The prices of the selected programs can be paid in cash or via bank transfer. If you choose to pay by transfer, the amount must arrive no later than the day before the optional program. For cash payments, the fee must be settled no later than the start of the excursion. Some programs, as well as privately organized trips/tours, may have different payment conditions, so please check with us in advance in each case.
What clothing and accessories should I bring for the various programs?
You will receive the necessary instructions for each program after you register.
How can I sign up for the optional programs?
You can register for the optional programs through the form found in the “Contact” section of the website, or through any of the provided contact methods (Email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram). We recommend booking in advance as popular programs can fill up quickly.
Are the optional programs safe?
Yes, the optional programs are offered by reliable providers who pay attention to safety. Our company holds the necessary permits and insurance, and we only work with partners who also meet these requirements.
What are the cancellation conditions for the programs?
Paid fees are transferable, can be used on another day, or exchanged for another program, but are non-refundable. Programs that have not yet been paid for can be canceled for valid reasons (e.g., illness). Some programs may have different cancellation conditions, so we recommend inquiring about the cancellation policy when booking.
What weather can I expect in the Dominican Republic?
The Dominican Republic has a tropical climate, which means it is warm and humid. The peak season runs from December to April, when rainfall is less and temperatures are more pleasant.
What language is spoken on the programs?
For the programs, except for a few exceptions (e.g., Coco Bongo), we will accompany you at all times, coordinate, and tell you about the sights and characteristics of the respective places. Our local Dominican staff generally speak Spanish, and many also speak English.
